Step 1:- To start with Juno email Outlook settings, you need to start your Outlook program by clicking or even double-clicking the Outlook icon on your desktop or laptop. You can navigate towards the Windows “Start” menu and look for the Outlook icon. If you are using a Mac, then you have to double-click on the Outlook icon on your desktop. Step 2:- In the second step, you have to search for the toolbar option located at the top of the window, and then click on the word “Tools.”

Step 6:- Now, you have to add the name you want to be linked or shown with the account in the white box which is available for your name. Either you can use a nickname, your real name, or even your email address for the purpose. Step 7:- Now, you have to type your full Juno email address in the white box located beside the “Email Address” option.

Step 8:- Proceeding further, provide the “Server Information” to export Juno email to Outlook. Next, you have to select “POP3” in the drop-down menu beside the “Incoming mail server” and then enter “pop.netzero.net” in the corresponding white box available. Similarly, under the “Outgoing mail (SMTP) server,” you need to type “smtp.netzero.net,” and then after completing the above-mentioned steps, finally click the “Next” button.

Step 9:- Kindly, enter information about your Juno account for which you want Outlook to have access. Type your member ID, which is everything before the “@” symbol of your Juno email, in the box available besides “User Name.” Then, add a password for your Juno email for Outlook account in the box located beside the “Password” option.

Step 10:- Now, if you want Outlook to remember your password, then place a tick mark in the box beside “Remember password”. By doing so, you allow Outlook to automatically export Juno email to Outlook when it starts and at regular intervals while Outlook is running. Now, scroll down to the word “Delivery” and don’t tick the box next to the option “Leave a copy of messages on server”. Finally, click on the “OK” option to set up your Juno email in Outlook.
